Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@reelfindsworkshop.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery after approval.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Fully made-to-order products created specifically for your request

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@reelfindsworkshop.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will provide return instructions. Please do not send back items without first contacting us.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you when your refund is issued.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
