How do I place a custom order?

You can start a custom order through our Custom Order Request page. Just fill out the form with your idea and we'll follow up with you for next steps.

Can I order a design I don't see in your shop?

Definitely! We love one-of-a-kind ideas. Submit a request through our Custom Order Request form and we'll talk through bringing your vision to life.

How much do custom pieces cost?

Pricing depends on size, materials, and design complexity. Once we review your request, we'll send a detailed quote and timeline for your piece.

Production & Processing

How long will it take to make my order?

Processing times vary by product. Ready-to-ship items may ship in 1-2 business days, while custom pieces typically ship in 5-14 business days. See each product description for an estimated processing time.

I need it quick. Can you rush an order?

Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping as a standard, but we occasionally run free shipping promotions. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped. You'll receive tracking information as soon as the order is sent out.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Are custom items returnable?

Custom-made and fully personalized items are non-returnable. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us — we want you to be happy with your piece.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
